Big Cats
Big cats bank on the masses,
mistaking misery for molasses,
as they sprinkle sugar,
one law after another,
ammo, lurking in their lined pockets.
Big cats chuckle to the bank,
as they purr with glory and greed -
"Rules for thee, but not for me!"
It starts with a website you want to see,
then pollutes the air you breathe,
chipping away at your spirit,
then dripping, drip by drip
until those of us who can't afford yachts,
find ourselves drowning.
